The task 10 from Managing Intellectual Capital (HMIC 5503)involved me really practically to identify the weaknesses of Bangladesh Open University in knowledge management. For the task I had to do a thorough analysis of my organization. In the task I wrote about 1) technology solutions, 2) social actions of knowledge sharing, 3)design rules for knowledge productive environment, what are the effects of the company's knowledge work.
My MIDT friends and facilitators can suggest me solving intellectual capital crises in the BOU. I have prepared a power point that summarizes my original assignment (artifact) , so that viewers can have a quick look at it.
